Spixii CPA + Blue Prism RPA solution leverages Spixii Intelligent Chatbots which are secure thanks to the use of end-to-end encryption channels and fully configurable and auditable decisions. Also, using Spixii Connectivity Hub, Spixii CPA is able to integrate other modules such as OCR to extract the documents submitted through the chatbot.

The new automated process is divided into two parts.

First, the interaction with the customer. The customer is able to access Spixii Intelligent Chatbot directly from the insurance or financial business' website and go through the specific process (in the example shown in the video below, an application for a bank loan). After the conversation ends, Spixii Intelligent Chatbot, with a robust API call, sends all the conversation data to Spixii’s Blue Prism connector. The Blue Prism connector processes the data and sends them to the Blue Prism Digital Worker using the exposed web service.

Second, the automation of workflow. Here, the Blue Prism Digital Worker will perform the relevant actions to save all the customer data entry points while keeping logging information, easily managed by the Blue Prism RPA platform.
